大変な事態が起きています。 ハンギングEggチェアーの製作工程が大幅に遅れてきているとの連絡が入っています。３月２５日前後に入荷するはずのハンギングEggチェアーがいまだ入荷せず、１ヶ月遅れの４月２０日前後の入荷となるとのことです。これは困った事態です。

安田屋家具店には、４月お届け予定のハンギングEggチェアーのご注文を６脚承っています。いずれのお客様も３月にご注文をいただいていたので、その時点では４月２５日過ぎでのお届けご指定日をお約束していたんです。ところが製作工程が１ヶ月遅れるために、お届けも順繰り１ヶ月ずつ遅れてしまうと工場が言うんです。

お客様とのお約束が第一です。
お客様の信用を裏切ることはできません。
なんとしなくてはと焦るものの、四代目が何とかできるものではありません。 ハンギングEggチェアーの製作工程が遅れる理由について製作会社の社長から連絡がありました。

「Our original shipping schedule for your orders is planned for the end of this month.However,we have to inform you that we are currently having difficulties in acquiring rattan core material due to the heavy rain that keeps falling in Kalimantan.According to our supplier,people are not able to enter the jungle due to flooding…. We are doing our utmost best in trying to acquire the necessary material and hope to be able to deliver on time if possible. Eor your information,our container for Japan will also be delayed due to the lack of raw material.Thanking you in advance for your kind understanding on this matter.
